I have 10 years' experience within the Health and Social Care Sector. I have been a Care Assistant and also a Care Coordinator. I have excellent knowledge of CQC requirements. I am a dedicated and conscientious worker and love to contribute to the process and strategies which enhance the standards of providing first class person-centred care. I hold a Level 2 and 3 in Health & Social Care. I have a passion for caring and providing the highest standards of care is my priority. I am looking forward to my future with SOS and seeing the business grow and develop.

My name is Rachel and I have worked in care for several years; it has always been something I am extremely passionate about. I have worked at SOS Homecare since the branch opened. I first started here as a Care Coordinator where my role was to support the staff team and to grow the business. I have now progressed to Registered Manager and I couldn't be happied; I look forward to watching the branch grow further and also seeing what we can achieve as a team. SOS is a great company to work for and they really do value the clients and staff needs. Whilst working here, I have been able to complete my Level 3 in Health and Social care and I am currently working towards my Level 5.
