The Trafford service is the company flagship service, having provided services in partnership with Trafford council since 1994. Since existence the company has provided domiciliary care services to individuals in theTrafford borough, and has grown its service significantly over those years (both in terms of volume and quality). The company also provides services to individuals paying privatly, through direct payments, individual budgets, or through case managers/solicitors.
The company has traditionally provided domiciliary care services to older people and continues to do so. In 2005 the company also started providing services to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health support needs. The service now provides the following services.The office provides services in the following areas:
• Older people
• People living with dementia
• People living with physical disabilities
• People with sensory impairment
• Adults with learning difficulties
• People living with a mental illness
• People living with an acquired brain injury (ABI)
The company has been awarded a place on the new domicilary care framework from July 2014 and is delighted to be able to continue this service for the next three years.
